Join us at Il Palio on September 12th at 7pm for a 6 course, upscale Italian Foodie Adventure! Early bird tickets are available for $44.99.

Chef Teddy Diggs is fresh off his July culinary adventure through the kitchens of Italy and ready to share his recent inspirations with us. Chef Teddy plans on taking us on an eating tour through many styles of Italian cooking featuring fresh ingredients executed on a rustic, yet highly elevated level. Chef Teddy’s connection to Italian cuisine is passionate and translates well over to the dishes coming out of Il Palio’s kitchen in Chapel Hill.

1st course: House Made Focaccia, sea salt, rosemary and extra virgin olive oil
2nd course, antipasti: Radicchio, roasted garlic-anchovy dressing, ceci, smoked pecorino
3rd course, primi: Yellowfin Tuna Carpaccio, Sicilian capers, arugula
4th course, pasta: Acquarello Risotto, whipped salt cod, celery
5th course, secondi: Wood Roasted Lamb, dried fava beans
6th course, dolci: Meyer Lemon Crostata, Campari, grapefruit, apricot sorbetto
