Situated on Main Street in Durham, Alivia’s provides tasty food for everyone in their casual and welcoming bistro. The new Executive Chef Mark Mishalanie has revamped their menu and used his creative passion to create some amazing vegan dishes. After hosting a successful Vegan Week in January, we wanted to bring some of that creative and delicious vegan food back to our readers. Make sure you grab your tickets before we sell out!
First Course: Chop Salad with Radicchio, Tuscan Kale, Citrus, Cherry Tomato, Cucumber, Goddess Dressing
Second Course: Beet and Watermelon Radish Tartare with Garlic Emulsion, Chili Oil, Ginger Lime Jewels, Crostini
Third Course: Potato Croquette with Cilantro Crème, Nora Puree
Fourth Course: Mac ‘N’ Cheese made with Butternut Squash, Panko, Balsamic
Fifth Course: Cauliflower “Steak” with Smoked Leek Crème, Broccolini
Sixth Course: Berry Parfait with Hazelnut Dust, Coconut Yogurt, Cocoa Nibs
